9. Did you give them something worth submitting their details – did your “carrot” have a high perceived value
10. Did you have a strong call to action – did you make it clear why they should take action right now and submit their details
11. Did you clearly state your privacy policy somewhere close to the form – let them know you will not sale their data, rent it or anything else.
