One24 Review: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
One24 Review: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
By Kristen S.
This is my unbiased One24 review. I am not affiliated in any way with One24.
Before continuing with this review if you’re serious about adding more new associates next month than you did during all of last year, read this report, “How To Create Your First 6 Figure Month In Network Marketing”.
One24 is sold almost more as just an “opportunity of a lifetime,” than as a network marketing company that sells a nutritional powder. With roots going back to the late 1970′s, creators Mark Seyforth and Joe Perry created an MLM company (with, according to them, one of the first MLM commission structures). Their company manufactured HerbaLife products during the 1980′s. Now, founder Joe Seyforth has started One24 as a “revolution” in network marketing companies.
The Good…
The product, Natraburst Super Foods Blend, I am going to put as a “good” in terms of this One24 review. While at first glance this product appears to be yet another ‘High ORAC’ superfood product, after reading the product description page on the company’s website it does seem to be somewhat unique.
It is a combination of a ‘greens’ drink, a high ORAC fruit mixture, healthy grains/fats and protein all in one powder. Despite the seeming flood of superfruit/super high ORAC products on the MLM market, I think this product is unique enough that it can be successfully marketed. That is why I am putting the product in the “good” section of this One24 review.
I am also putting the management team as a “good” in this One24 review. There is no question that founder Mark Seyforth has not only business experience, but considerable MLM business experience and a track record of success.
I am putting the compensation plan as a “good” in this One24 review as well. For one, the compensation plan is very clearly spelled out and described in a series of four videos on the company’s website.
The compensation plan is definitely different than a lot of other MLM compensation plans — not necessarily better, but different. One24 boasts that it has a virtually fool-proof, no fail marketing system and “linear” compensation plan (which they say is the first “incentivized referral plan” in the United States). In a video on the company’s site, these are touted as the answer to the 97% fail rate for network marketers.
On top of that, it claims that you can learn how to successfully market this business in just three minutes. What is the three minute training? It is very simply this: Everyone who wants to join One24 must get on a waiting list. Each person in the business can only take one person off their waiting list per month. So the “marketing system” that it taught is the typical belly to belly handing out of business cards system. That part will be discussed in the “ugly” section of this One24 review.
Overall, though, the compensation plan does get a “good” rating in this One24 review. The way this compensation plan is structured, it forces you to be attached to the product (and thus to lead with the product over the opportunity). This is definitely a good thing. You can bring in as many customers as you want per month, but are only allowed to bring in one distributor/associate. Everyone else must stay on the “waiting list.”
The company also states that it (unlike any other MLM company) pays out 50% of its total revenue to its distributors. This is a double-edged sword, but I am going to put in in the “good” section of this One24 review. It is obviously good because they are paying out more money, but paying out such a big chunk can also be risky (and you might see them scale this back over time if the company isn’t doing as well as it anticipates).
The Bad…
There a few negatives or “bads” I must put into this One24 review. The first one is, frankly, a bit puzzling. When I went online and started searching for information about this company, I found reviews and articles about it . . . but actually had a bit of a hard time finding the company’s website. The website address “124online.com” did not make it any easier. Once I got on the website, it was fine.
Another “bad” in terms of this One24 review is that the company only has one product. While it might build and add to its product catalog over time, companies that try and stick with just one product have a difficult time succeeding. So this is something at least to watch with this company.
The Ugly…
As I alluded to above, the one big “ugly” I would say about this company is that it, like virtually every other MLM company out there, teaches people to market their product with ineffective and outdated business building and marketing strategies. Because everyone must be on a waiting list before they can get into this business, the company claims that approaching people and handing them a business card is NOT the usual “chasing” situation. In truth, though, it really is.
This is a company in which someone can be extremely successful, though, if they learn the right way to market it. When someone learns how to become the hunted instead of the hunter, and how to have people chasing them to get into this business, then the sky is the limit. Learning how to market this business properly also means that people can build this business many, many times faster.

Hey Terry!
Thanks for taking the time to write this One24 review.
I really do agree with a few things you said about the “ugly” side of things. But what I really can’t stress enough is what the idea that One24 brings to the industry with the “gold rush” and “green ticket” system.
It will be interesting to see what happens here in the future with this company. Anyhow, great posting and talk soon!
